Meet The Chef
A passion for both the artistry and the science of pastry has fueled Chef Jeremy's journey from the kitchens of Portland to the bustling culinary scene of Minneapolis. With over 12 years of experience, Jeremy has honed their craft in renowned establishments like Departure Portland, Fitler Club, and The Lynhall, delighting diners with their innovative and expertly executed desserts.
Jeremy's commitment to excellence extends beyond the kitchen. As the owner of Positively Sweet, they created delectable confections while also supporting the HIV/AIDS community. A dedication to education led Jeremy to serve as a Lead Instructor at PlantLab Culinary, sharing their knowledge and inspiring the next generation of pastry chefs.
Currently the Pastry Chef at 801 Restaurant Group in Minneapolis, Jeremy brings a wealth of creativity and expertise to every dish. When not in the kitchen, you might find them exploring local farmers markets for the freshest seasonal ingredients or experimenting with new flavor combinations.
